Dr. Robert Skalicky
Is the founder and president of Modern Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and has been in practice for almost 30 years. His medical, surgical, and aesthetic training was completed in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Iowa at several institutions including Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Mercy One Medical Center, Cooper University Health System, West Chester Medical Center, and Fox Chase Cancer Center. Dr. Skalicky has received numerous awards for his aesthetic accomplishments, has appeared on several television and radio programs as an expert, and has published articles describing his innovative techniques in several plastic surgery journals. As a recognized expert, Dr Skalicky has been selected to train plastic surgery residents from two separate plastic surgery programs.
Dr Skalicky’s particular area of interest is aesthetic surgery. He is well known for his results in rhinoplasty, breast surgery, and body contouring. Dr. Skalicky continues to develop new techniques in aesthetic plastic surgery as he firmly believes that a surgeon’s education should never end.
Dr. Skalicky’s philosophy is to give each patient the finest aesthetic result while maintaining a friendly and caring atmosphere characterized by skill, compassion, and honesty.
Dr. John-Paul Regan
Is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who takes pride in customizing his approach to each patient with honesty, respect, and attentiveness. He values the idea that each patient is unique, and requires specific care through an individualized plan.
Dr. Regan completed his undergraduate degree with honors at Texas A&M University. He then graduated from medical school from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. His interest in the surgical arts brought him to New York City where he completed his 5-year Residency in General Surgery through New York Medical College at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. During his time there, he realized that his passion was problem solving and applied anatomy, and that Plastic Surgery was the field that offered the ability to apply these skills to patient care. He pursued this passion and undertook formal training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at St. Joseph’s Health in New Jersey which he recently completed.
Dr. Regan holds a special interest in breast and facial reconstruction to restore the body’s natural harmony. He has a unique eye for facial cosmetic procedures such as rhinoplasty, and body contouring procedures such as liposuction, fat-grafting, and aesthetic breast surgery. He is a well-rounded Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and truly loves the full spectrum of procedures that this field offers.
Dr. Regan has volunteered his time in Africa where he was able to share his gifts by repairing cleft lips and cleft palates on children of all ages. There, he found how powerful and life changing plastic surgery can be for the patient, the family, and the community.

Dr. Vidhi Adlakha
Is a highly sought after plastic surgeon, specializing in cosmetic & reconstructive surgery. She brings impeccable technical precision and a keen eye for beauty with a feminine approach.
Dr. Adlakha grew up in Ontario, Canada. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at University of Waterloo in Ontario, she moved to Des Moines, Iowa where she went to Medical School at Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her General Surgery Residency at Affinity Medical Center in Ohio where she served as the chief surgery resident. Following this, she completed a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.
She is well trained in the field of Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic, Craniomaxillofacial, and Hand Surgery as well as burns. She continues to develop her interests in aesthetic/cosmetic surgery pertaining to the face, breast, abdomen, and body contouring. These procedures include (but are not limited to): facelift, eyelid surgery, breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy-tuck, mini-tummy tuck, “mommy-makeover surgery,” liposuction, fat grafting/transfer; and injectables such as botox, dermal fillers, sculptra and kybella.
Her true passion lies in cosmetic surgery. She sees plastic surgery as an intimate relationship between form and function, and cosmetic surgery allows her to combine these in the form of art and science. Dr. Blair Armstrong
is an honors graduate from Boston College. She attained her medical education from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA where she was inducted into the Pathology, Hobart Amory Hare, and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies and graduated Cum Laude. She completed her intern year at Albert Einstein Medical Center and her Ophthalmology residency at the world renowned Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
She went on to complete a fellowship in Oculoplastics, Orbital, and Reconstructive surgery at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Tx. Following her training, she served as director of the Oculoplastics service at Boston Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Boston University Medical Center. Dr Armstrong is a member of the Oculoplastics service at Wills Eye Hospital and an assistant professor of Ophthalmology at Sydney Kimmel Medical Center. Dr. Armstrong specializes in lacrimal surgery, eyelid reconstruction, and cosmetic surgical and nonsurgical eyelid and facial procedures.
Natalie Toner, PA-C
is certified physician assistant with a strong focus in surgery and critical care. She is dedicated to individualized patient care and goes above and beyond to ensure that the highest quality care is achieved during each exam and procedure. She is hard working, charismatic, and her positivity emanates throughout the office.
Natalie graduated Arcadia University with honors and continued on to the school’s Graduate Physician Assistant Program where she excelled in a vast array of clinical rotations. With a lifetime interest in art and design, her talents fit neatly into the intricacies of plastic surgery. As a lifelong learner, Natalie is devoted in her pursuit for knowledge of current procedural techniques and treatments in the field.
